How to Enable AI Assist?
Ensure Redwood Experience is Enabled:
Set the following profile options to Y:
ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_REDWOOD_ENABLED
ORA_IRC_REQUISITION_REDWOOD_ENABLED
Configure Visual Builder Studio:
Access Setup and Maintenance:
Navigate to the Setup and Maintenance work area.
Click the Tasks icon and then Search.
Select Manage Administrator Profile Values.
Update Profile Values:
- Search for ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_REDWOOD_ENABLED and set the value to Y. Search for ORA_IRC_REQUISITION_REDWOOD_ENABLED and set the value to Y.
Save and close.
Navigate to the hiring section, select a job requisition from the dropdown list, and open the chosen requisition for the next process.
Scroll down and click on the “Edit” button next to the Posting Description to make changes and update the content as needed.
Modify VB Studio Settings:
Click on the profile icon and select Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio.
Open the requisition details page and then Visual Builder Studio.
Select your workspace and navigate to the VB Studio Express tab.
In the Page Properties section, search for SHOW_AI_ASSIST.
Change the value to true and click Publish.
