How to Create a Global Template
Follow these steps to set up a Global Template in ORC:
- Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Recruiting and Candidate Experience > Manage Email Templates.
- Click ‘Add’ to create a new template.
- Name your template and select ‘Candidate Notification Email Template’ as the type.
- Choose ‘Global Template’ as the email type and define the design elements.
- Save your work, modify content as needed in the HTML Designer, and activate the template. As our case, we created Test template and activated the template as shown in below image.
