Redwood is Oracle’s next-generation user experience. Redwood brings state-of-the-art, consumer-grade user experiences to the sophisticated enterprise scenarios that Oracle enables. Many of the application pages and task flows have been re-created in Redwood to improve the user experience and, in some cases, to introduce enhanced capabilities, such as improved search.
- Job Requisition Details Page =>
The Redwood profile options are enabled, upon clicking a job requisition template name from the Redwood Job Requisition Template’s list page (My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Hiring) where users will see the new Redwood job requisition template details page.

- Create Candidate Pool =>
When the Redwood profile option is enabled, users who click on a candidate pool name from the Redwood Candidate Pools list page will be directed to a redesigned, modern Candidate Pool details page that follows the Redwood user experience.

When the Redwood profile options are turned on, users will see a new, modern Candidate Details page that follows the Redwood design, offering a cleaner layout and a better overall experience.
